What is your Returns Policy?
If you would like to return a faulty or incorrect item please get in touch via email (email@example.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get your refund sorted for you.
Customers who exceed the time limit given and request a refund will not be given a refund.
We will ask for photgraphic evidence when customers have received a damaged/faulty/wrong item.
When returning items please state your order number so that your refund can be processed.
Love Hijab will only refund via the original method of payment, for the damaged/faulty/wrong item, unworn and in its original condition only and not p&p.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, of course you can! Please get in touch via email and we will get it sorted for you. All you will need to do is send the item back to us stating your name and order number.
Let us know which item you would like to exchange with, usually we ask for your three choices in order of preference and we send out the one that is available in stock.
If the item price exceeds the amount you paid, then an invoice will be sent for the remaining amount. If the price is less than what you paid, we will issue a refund on the outstanding amount.
Is everything refundable?
Everything except, pre-orders, such as Dina Torkia Scarf Collection, Luxury Abayas, Eid Gift Bags and Vintage Thread Clutch Bags.
How long will my refund take?
Not long because here at Love hijab, as soon as your item has been delivered to us, we will check it and if everything meets our policy, your refund will be issued straight away!
